A Modular Platform for the Next Generation of Influencers
Overview
CreatorHub is a white-labeled app infrastructure built to help influencers and fitness creators launch their own branded training platforms without starting from scratch. After the success of GoChamp with Ivan Baranchyk, we saw a clear opportunity to scale the model. CreatorHub was developed to give creators the ability to monetize their expertise through structured, app-based experiences while keeping full control of their content, brand, and user relationships.
The Challenge
The challenge behind CreatorHub was building a scalable, modular product that could serve any type of influencer, not just fitness creators. We weren’t just targeting traditional content categories. The vision was to enable niche experts like professional chess players teaching advanced tactics in an interactive format or DJs demonstrating live audio tuning with gamified user participation. No other platform was prioritizing this level of customization and interactivity across verticals.
We wanted to own the infrastructure but keep it flexible enough to mold around each creator’s unique workflow and audience. That meant building a backend system that supported not only branded mobile apps but also creator-specific admin panels for content scheduling, tagging, and performance tracking. CreatorHub needed to be powerful enough to feel custom-built but modular enough to scale across use cases, from combat sports to music production to strategic board games.
My Role
As the Product Manager, I took CreatorHub from concept to a flexible and scalable product. I worked across creators, developers, and internal stakeholders to define the feature set, prioritize MVP launches, and manage multiple white-labeled app deployments in parallel.
Key responsibilities included:
- Designing modular product templates to reduce dev time and allow quick iteration across use cases
- Defining and maintaining core user flows including onboarding, progression, content access, and payments
- Leading sprint planning across multiple teams while balancing customization requests with platform stability
- Coordinating go-to-market support and internal tools for uploading, tagging, and scheduling content
- Developing analytics framework using mixpanel for tracking usage, retention, and creator-specific revenue insights.
Strategy
CreatorHub’s strategy was grounded in scalability, brand control, and creator-led customization. From early research, we learned that most creators wanted more than just another place to post videos. They wanted to own a business. I conducted competitive and market analysis to map gaps in current offerings and identify where CreatorHub could stand out. This research guided our decision to focus on flexibility. Instead of forcing creators into rigid content formats, we built tools to support varied training models across boxing, strength, mobility, and more.
From a product development standpoint, we focused on modular architecture. This allowed us to maintain a unified codebase while supporting unique branding, pricing, and content structures for each creator. Internally, we prioritized tight execution and minimal tech debt through weekly planning, retrospectives, and smart backlog management. Analytics were integrated from day one to track conversion rates, workout completions, and retention, giving us insight to iterate effectively.
Outcomes
CreatorHub is now positioned as a white-label platform for a new wave of niche influencers looking to monetize their expertise in more engaging and interactive ways. Thanks to the success of GoChamp, we were able to use Ivan Baranchyk as both a case study and brand ambassador, lending credibility and momentum to the CreatorHub initiative. As a result, we are currently in negotiations with three potential clients across diverse industries including music, gaming, and strength coaching. Each prospect is excited by the opportunity to tailor their own app experience without needing to build from scratch. CreatorHub has proven that a modular backend, paired with creator-specific tooling and a clear product vision, can serve as a powerful springboard for digital influence at scale.
Why It Mattered
CreatorHub proved that creators don’t need to depend on someone else’s platform to build a business. By giving them the infrastructure to own their user experience, monetize directly, and adapt their content to app-based models, we helped turn influence into something more durable: ownership. CreatorHub was not just a follow-up to GoChamp. It was the next step in helping creators take control of their digital presence at scale.
